Barcelona Ciclotour

Among the many highlights you will see the impressive gothic La Cathedral which dates from the 11th century and La Sagrada Familia, arguably the most famous site of Barcelona. Designed by Antoni Gaudí, original construction was started in 1882 and he worked on the church until his death in 1926. Discover the Plaça del Rei, a wholly preserved medieval courtyard of the Royal Palace where Ferdinand and Isabella are supposed to have received Columbus on his return from the New World and also the Plaça Sant Jaume which is situated at the centre of the original Roman settlement of Barcino. This plaza is home to the Ajuntament, (City Hall) and the Palau de la Generalitat (seat of the Catalan regional government).

You will also see the Roman Walls, Rambla del Raval,
Vila Olímpica, Barceloneta beach, Port Vell, Ciutadella Park and more! A short respite is enjoyed at an outdoor beach bar where you can mingle with your fellow bikers or take a refreshing swim in the Mediterranean.

Tenerife Island Tour



A wonderful introduction to this beautiful Island, the Tenerife Island tour provides the perfect opportunity to sample some of her attractions and get your bearings.

The tour commences with some of the best views on the island; see the amazing cliffs at Los Gigantes before passing through the high valleys of Santiago del Teide and up to the summit of Erjos. Here you enjoy spectacular views across the island including magnificent El Teide, one of worlds largest volcanoes that rises dramatically to 12,200 feet.

Continue to El Tanque for scenic views across Garachico before stopping at a village destroyed in 1706 by a volcanic eruption. The next stop is the village of Icod de los Vinos where you can view the ‘Dragon Tree’. Rumoured to be around 3000 years old this must be one of the oldest living organisms on the planet.

From here, you head to the valley of La Orotava to visit La Casa de Los Balcones, a Canarian house famous for its local handicrafts that are typical including beautifully embroidered tablecloths. Afterwards, you drive to Puerto de la Cruz where you have around ninety minutes free time to explore the town on your own.

Perhaps stroll through the old town centre of Lago Martianez or enjoy a relaxing lunch. In the afternoon head back to the south taking in the beautiful villages of Tacoronte, San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Santa Cruz, Candelaria and Güimar.

Submarine Safari, Tenerife

Mount Teide & Las Cañadas National Park



Magnificent Mount Teide is one of the largest volcanoes in the world and affords breathtaking views across Tenerife. The spectacular journey to the summit takes you through scented pine forest, across a unique lunar landscape and through giant craters.

This fantastic tour starts with a scenic ascent from sea-level to 2370 metres into Las Cañadas National Park, formed around an enormous crater. The journey takes you through Canarian pine forest that lead to ancient lava flows and then the bizarre lunar landscape at Las Cañadas. This unique scenery has been featured in many Hollywood movies including Star Wars.

Also pass through picturesque villages including Vilaflor, renowned as the highest and one of the oldest villages in Spain. At the heart of the national park is stunning Mount Teide, the third largest volcano in the world. Enjoy the beautiful views of rugged Ucanca Valley before taking the optional cable car (ticket payable locally) to the 3350 metre summit of Mount Teide.

Here you can experience wondrous views across Tenerife and on a clear day you can also see the other Canary Islands. The sulphuric fumes rising from the crater are evidence that there remains volcanic activity deep inside this dormant volcano.

Descend back into the Ucanca Valley and pass through one of the biggest craters in the world, before descending through Chío village and on to the beaches of Las Américas.

La Gomera Open Top Jeep Safari



Step back in time and discover the unique charm and dramatic scenery of the unspoilt island of La Gomera. This memorable jeep adventure combines breathtaking scenery, history and local culture.

Your tour starts with a ferry crossing from Los Cristianos to the port of San Sebastian. The boat trip lasts around 90 minutes allowing time to savour the coastal views of Tenerife and relax on the top deck. On arrival in La Gomera, journey south to the monument of Sagrado Corazón which overlooks the capital and then head towards the Garajonay National Park an area of beautiful laurel forest punctuated with rocky vistas and crystal clear springs.

Here you will also see the famous Roque de Agando volcanic chimney. Continue through the evergreen valleys, passing through tranquil villages and rare and mysterious pre-historic forest to the mirador de Igualero and the little village of Chipude for coffee. Here you see a fascinating demonstration of the whistling language - how the Gomerans communicated for many centuries.

Moving on you pass through Las Hayas and La Laguna Grande before going off road and then on to lunch in Las Rosas. After lunch, head to Hermigua, a local beauty spot. Local houses back on to the steeply rising massif the Roque de San Pedro and colourful gardens are bordered by palm groves and banana plantations.

The tour then returns to San Sebastián, where there is free time to visit the last remaining historical fortifications of Columbus before returning to Los Cristianos by ferry.

Robinson Boat Cruise

Lunch is served on board followed by a siesta; the more active can explore the beach or take a swim. In the afternoon, sail back to Puerto Pollensa via La Fortaleza and Punta Avanzada.
